In November 2015 — ahead of the UN Climate Conference convening in Paris on November 30th — the CCFLA organized two events in Johannesburg, South Africa (23/24 November), and Bangkok, Thailand (26/27 November), to create recommendations on how to “Mobilize capital for climate-smart infrastructure”.

The events brought together local government officials, financial institutions, private investors, infrastructure-focused corporations and non-governmental organizations for a lively dialogue.  Their recommendations are summarized in the Bangkok- Johannesburg Blueprint which was presented in Paris.

The conference as part of the events for Cities Day on 8 December 2015.  Some interviews with dialogue participants were also captured in a short video, which was screened at Cities Day.
